No serial key for multiplayer after i got Bad Company 2

Same problem, i just purchased it and i can’t go multi player cuz’ they didn’t give me the serial number, this is unbelievable actually !..

Steam will tell you to talk to ea and ea will tell you to talkk to steam. at the end of the day EA is the one who will give you multiplayer access by giving you a copy on origin and playing on origin. both live supports will tell you that the other company is the one to talk to buit eventually EA will give in if you have a steam support ticket number and you bug em enough. theres a guide to bypass the need for a key but you wont be able to access offical servers.
