BC2 resets resolution. And small fps drops.
My BC2 resets my resolution every time I launch the game. I have set it int the config files and all.
And any tips to get better fps with my gtx 970? It should be able to run it on max settings +60fps all the time but it doesn't. It goes as low as 40fps at times.
Thank you!

Hmmm, lots of people have been getting the low fps problem. I'm not sure about the resolution problem though. Have you recently upgraded to Windows 10?

I have, but I changed my graphics card yesterday (from Radeon HD 6950 to the GTX 970 xD) and it actually ran better with my previous card. So don't know if its a problem with W10 or something else.

Nvidia's newer drivers are causing the framerate drops. Rolling back to a previous version (can't remember which one) should solve the drops.

It helped abit! Thanks!
And it seems it doesn't reset the resolution anymore.

I had major problems yesterday with frame rates dropping to single figures. Massive lag even in the menu screen too.

I upgraded from a Radeon 5750 and it ran fine at 1080p, to a GTX 750 Ti. My theory is that the latest Nvidia drivers (358.50) are at fault so I downgraded to the 355 ones to see if there's any change. I'll report back if it works.
