Enter Serial Key After Login
I entered the serial key linked to my account the first time I logged in to the game a few hours ago. I was trying to log in again to play with some friends and it asked for my serial key again. If I enter the key again it just says "Unable to log in, key already in use"

The solution for the problem is simply contacting the EA Live Support, you get in a chat room with one of EA's people and they solve the problem for you.
Just look up in Google "EA Live Support" and folow the steps from there.

This is for the people who find problems with serial contact EA Support some countries u can contact via mobile or phone and they help u well. With me that was the solution.
Steam is having problems to activate serials.

your code is asdf1234fsad4321

Make sure you are not entering it way it looks
Add - to every fourht letter so it looks like

asdf-1234-fsad-4321

I used my another key just for test purposes and it was fine. (and it still works) what i noticed the errors doesn't always tell the correct reason for it.

Make sure your password and email is correct.

If you think everything is fine contact EA Live support and they will reset your code.

Hey Guys, here is the solution (After 48 hours of struggling)

1) Create an Origin account if you haven't already
2) Synchronize your Steam and Origin accounts (You must go to https://help.ea.com/en and press log in). Note: On the area for entering the Username and Password prompt you will see a small button for Steam, use that.
3) Buy the game via Steam (doing it via origin will save you a lot of trouble). If you bought the DLC as well you will get a key for that, but not for the base game.
4) Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=hacked-account&isLoginForm=true&isContactForm=true and create a case, select chat option.
5) Tell them you bought game through steam and that you weren't provided with a base game key. They will require proof of purchase: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/
6) EA support will add the game to your Origin Library.
7) If you have DLC feel free to redeem that key via Origin

EA is aware of the issue so as long as your skip their help forums and go directly for their live chat support you will get a quick resolution. Its kinda sad that Steam sells this without the base game key which is causing all the trouble for everyone.

Hello: I want to thank you for your post and explanation of how to claim the base game key, I followed all the steps and contacted EA and in less than an hour they solved the problem.

Me puedes ayudar, porque ya me contacte con EA y me dieron el juego en origin, lo instale ahì, borre el que tengo en steam y cuando abrò y le doy a multiplayer me sigue apareciendo que introduzca numero serial
