The register code is already in use
I installed Battlefield: Bad Company 2, again but this time, the game tells me that the "special cd key" which you have to enter every time you install the game, is in use! How could that be? I bought the game legally, off steam , and I also have the special key which you have to enter for every install

you dont need to enter that code each time, if you have registered it in your ea account the first time it is still in there, u just have to use the correct login

im now using my 3rd comp since i bought the game and it never asked me after the first time

i installed the game, then it says i must put my serial key, i put it and i played,later i closed the game and when i tried to open it, i had to put another time the serial, it says key code in use, i didn't put the serial in origin, idk

How did you manage to solve? I downloaded the game again by Stean, when I enter I log in and he picked up the code, but it says I type is in use.

turn off auto login helps in some cases
I think is a wrong mail account issue. You are netering a difrent mail account that you use to regiter it

My problem was that I used the wrong email.

Just went through EA's support system for this issue - got to say I've never seen a support system so dumb.
On top of that, they require proof of purchase screenshots that's not edited at all, meaning you have to risk your privacy sending them your whole screen.

I loved this game installed then I had to go through EA to try and activate it because my key wasn't working.

Rather get a root canal from an inebriated, one-eyed monkey.

Ea did this ♥♥♥♥ to me a few years ago. They refused to aknowledge the steam key that i had purchased from steam years ago and refused to let me get my account back for playing. They are absolute scum. The support system refused to help me and i tried multiple times. giving them all the valid information
