My stat was reset
Hi, today when i was starting the game, my all weapons rank and objects were reset to rank 1.
Before i was rank 20 and i played 18 hours. What is the problem? Thanks

me2!! when i started the game today, the loading was very slow. after the loading is done, i got the same situation. can anyone give help????

Same thing has just happened to me. I'm about level 35 and 43 using two different handles and they've both been reset back to the lowest level, Private Second Class. I've lost all my upgrades to too...Just three hours before I was playing at full levels....

Yes, me too... This game just seems a broken mess... First I had 15fps, then a server unlocked everything, then I reset my soldier, played to rank 3 again and now its all gone yet again.

3 Gamebreakers in less than 24 hours... wow.

wt will u guys do? complain to EA or re-gain everything back? I purchased a pack before and i am really worried abt losing it

It's just something like 'loadout servers' in my opinion. We need to wait, but we will get it back.

Still though. I am having so many problems with this game. It just seems so broken.

Oh ♥♥♥♥... Well, my items are 'back' but all the ♥♥♥♥ is unlocked again... WHAT THE ♥♥♥♥ IS THIS GAME?? WHY DOES IT NOT WORK?

Not back, bugged. My rank is 5, I think that is right, but my score is NEGATIVE and all engineer things are unlocked, just like the account I got broken on a server. I guess that's another restart from scratch. Or I will just leave this game because it's too buggy.

So uhm... is your guys' stuff back or are the servers still working? IF they are I might have a chance of this account going back to normal... If you have your stuff back, it's broken.

Ok.Here is a solution that worked for me. I found a post on Steam re this issue that suggested the prob is with Punkbuster. The solution is to install/reinstall Punkbuster. So I downloaded pbsetup.exe from the publisher Even Balance and clicked ont he Install/Reinstall PB bubble after I installed it on my desktop (for easy access). I then started BF2 Multiplayer and everything was back including weapons, stats, rank etc...

FYI you will have to requip ur fav weapons/class configuration before jumping into a game as the choice selection goes back to default. In my case my Recon weapon was the M24 when I started again so I suicided and jumped in again with m weapons and upgrades of choice which were all available again after this fix. Hope this helps all who've had this probblem today playing BF 2 MP.

Fyi here's a new wrinkle re loss of stats. I just tried to play a game. All my stats were intact for one of my handles, but the other one was reset again to zero. When I tried to play the handle that had stats intact none of my weapons upgrades were available depsite the fact that I'm a Level 43 with that handle. And all this was after I updated/reinstalled PB again. The maddening thing was about 90 minutes when I finished playing everything was working fine after my first PB reinstall fix outlined in my previous post...This time it only seemed to work partially.

Btw; this is actually first time for me that I've experienced such major problems of this sort with BF2 after returning to play the game last month after hiatus of three years. I do remember this occuring several years ago but not on this scale and the problem fixed itself shortly after it started. At that time I was still a novice player so losing everything didn't make much of a diff but now this is rather discouraging.

final share on problem. My rank for both handles is now same same but everything else is lost including stats, awards and upgrade kits.

You will get your stats and gear back, just a matter of EA getting to the bottom of it and fixing things. Usually doesnt last but a couple days.

Reall bums ya out when trying to play a game, as old as this game is they shouldnt be having these kind of problems though. EA needs to step it up or I will move away from there platforms.
