Im searching for a trainer, but which version?

when i show in the properties window of the explorer it says 1.0.1.0, but non of the trainers i found is working. When i search the latest patch for the retail it seams tho be the R11 (795745). How can i find wich version this game have? Have someone a link for a trianer for me?
