hey i just downloaded this game from ea play and i thought that i can play multiplayer but no. they want from me serial key and i dont know how to get it. can somebody help me with that?

when i click manage there is no cd key there.

There was a exploit with EA play where you could buy it for cheap and sell the keys which could be redeemed on origin, since those keys is permenant and EA play isn't. So they removed the CD-keys.

I guess you have to contact EA support, keep contacting them multiple times, since their support is extremely inconsistent

Show them proof of purchase and the evidence of EA removing the CD key option and i'm sure they'll automatically add BFBC2 to your library, which will mean you can now play the online

That's why you have to keep trying. EA support is extremely inconsistent & usually pretty terrible, but sometimes you get a rep who sometimes knows his stuff.

EA handles their steam apps. It's their responsibility, not valve's

yup ea support nor steam will do anything for you regarding ea play and the games needing keys to play. you are prolly better off buying ea play through origin if you want your games to work like they should.
