and the other servers still left, not all but many, got little kids as admins that will ban u if ur better than them
some "official" servers are still up but u can only access them through quick play as far as i know and they got like never restartet and bug out on certain maps or just start lagging like hell if more than 10 players are on them
I play on the two servers of Clan Grozny most of the time. These are hardcore, one vietnam conquest and one bc2 rush.
They are fair and there are some guys of the clan on there most of the time.
It's the age old adage of people really needing to be saved from themselves in certain situations, such as allowing custom server rules.
Its a bug. Just hit the "Search"- button in the server menu.
I dont think its "a bug". Its just a game made in a time when it was expected players would have the sense to hit "search" to search for their servers.
I host a vanilla rush server on emulator nexus that has no real rules, no auto admin, no XP boosts, and all maps in rotation.
I tried to make it as close to the stock EA experience as possible, cos honestly I miss it.
You'll need the project Rome plugin and an emulator nexus account for it to appear in the server browser.
It is a bug. Has nothing to do with the time it was made. When you startet BF1942, BF:V, BF2 or BF2142 and hit the Multiplayer button, you got a list of servers on the spot. Search option was only interesting if you were looking for specific maps, rules, player counts etc.
feels good
