Punkbuster Banning Honest Players.

In there past few days there have been 21 new Punkbuster bans on Battlefield Bad Company 2 for MULTIHACK #71557 https://www.pbbans.com/mbi-latest50-bfbc2-lfb36.html and I was one of them. As I have never hacked or tried to modify any game ever, it looks that there is a problem here. I played every day for weeks before this happened. I made a ticket with PB / Evenbalance but just got back a form response that they won't do anything about it.
What's it going to take for PunkBuster to realize they have a problem. This will not be the first time they have had to removed bans after Even Balance "confirmed that the violation could have been raised by non-cheat software".

same situation happened with my friend, he creat ticket to Evenbalance but they silent. Any of you they answered? Or it's finally RIP? He don't want buy new copy and I am not playing too without him :(

If I gifting him new origin-code and he activate it on old accaunt, this GUID ban gone or not? PPbans and ggc-stream say he's clear, it's only Evanb global GUID mistakes. Or it's need totaly new accaunt?

Just got kicked by Punkbuster for apparently wallhack (#62002). Don't know what's changed, as I was playing just fine last time I played it a week ago. I haven't even downloaded anything at all in that time so I don't know why it's suddenly decided it doesn't like my clean client.

I also am being kicked from every online BF2BC server for WALLHACK (62002) and I don't even know what the hell that is. I've been playing this game for years with no problems. My PB version is up to date. How f*cking frustrating - thanks PB.

My friend got answer from Evenbalance team, this standart text from human-bot. Sadly no one want help, even don't watch hes stat and clear profile on other anticheat PB systems.

"The supplied GUID has been associated with hacking or interfering with the normal operation of our PunkBuster software and has therefore been compromised resulting in a global ban from PunkBuster enabled game servers. We have no way of knowing who was actually playing with this GUID at the time the violation was triggered. We also have no way to know if the violation was triggered on your specific computer. Our system does not collect personal information and furthermore we have no way to attach a cheat/hack violation to a specific person. This ban will not be lifted as then the person who did trigger the violation would again be able to join PunkBuster Servers using this GUID.

To be clear: we are not saying that you cheated as we have no way to know who triggered the violation. If it is certain that no one playing on your computer ever had a cheat/hack violation triggered by PunkBuster, then your GUID (cdkey and/or game account password) has been stolen by or leaked to someone who has used it on a different computer to trigger the violation. We do not have the means to help you find out who is responsible for compromising your GUID."

Wheeeelp, my help ticket was denied. I guess it's easy money copying, pasting, and sending out responses to these appeal tickets. "This wallhack flag doesn't seem to be an error at all! Gee, guess someone must have stolen your GUID, better buy another copy of the game! Ha ha ha!" *brushes off hands after another successful day of sucking the fun out of one of the best FPS games out there*.

So I guess I'm hooped. I'm not going to buy another key or whatever just to have their botched, underdeveloped, jankety, outdated system say I have a hack when I don't and never have. Guess Bad Company 2 is just dead to me now :/

They asked for my GUID last Saturday and I haven't heard a word since. Miserable customer service .
Just check PB Bans and found nearly EVERY SINGLE BF2BC BAN over last 24 hours - 129 of them were WALLHACK. Obviously PB software is bad. This is ridiculous.
