Does this game has Commo Rose feature like other battlefield games?

no.there is no command menu.
but if you look at a vehicle with a team mate in it and press q you shout out for a lift or shout out let me repair that.
if you look at a medic and press q you ask for a medkit
look at engineer while in a vehicle and press q asks for repair
look at assault and press q asks for ammo

looking at objective and pressing q tells squadmates to attack or defend that objective.
