Shoot Over 30 Arrows Achievement
Has anyone managed to get this achievement and if so, can you please provide info on how you managed to do it? I have tried dozens of times and keep failing at about 12-15 arrow count.

buy purple arrow, up your dragons, defeat the 1st big boss, buy pet 2x, increase your defense and life suck, and then increase your purple arrow until lvl 11 (you will gain 15 arrow per shoot( probably U wont make 15 arrows in the 2nd big boss, so up your pet 2x again)), now with your 3rd big boss you up the arrow count 2x and bang! 30 arrows!!!

How do you get Pet x2 on the first big boss? I keep rerolling for 2 gold but never get it this early in the game...

We mean the real first boss, the Blade on the dragon, the one at the end which you see on the timeline, not the small mini ones.

Ah ok gotcha. They cost 20 gold to re-roll sadly. But ok that makes sense now haha

I really can't seem to do it that way lol, although dragons help a lot and I end up with 40 dragons with the first x2. But what do you focus on for little upgrades? Arrow or Sword?

For me its get the bow from the first boss then reroll any chest until I get the sword all the way to the "final" boss. First couple bosses might be fine to do increase enemies. Keep focusing on sword only until you beat the final boss. Damage>amount. Cooldown is fine for a few levels of it but then ignore it. Anything else you go arrow damage>frequency>speed. Finally if none of those are options +4 horizontal speed is a nice thing to pick up and then anything else get health. With sword you just run into enemies until the "final boss" at which point you can start picking up bow upgrades from boss chests but still focus on sword damage whenever you see it as that is what will keep you alive. Then you kill the second "final" boss and get arrow amount and you should be done or a few upgrades from done. Its pretty annoying so may take a couple tries, depends on you sword damage luck.

I know it's late but I think I found a consistent single run strategy for this achievement. Start by only taking bow upgrades until you get it to 7. Then take a health upgrade before the second dragon boss. Then take bow upgrades to 10 and another health before the last dragon boss. Then a health after that fight, one more bow to 11 and the last 2 health before the final boss where you double your arrow count.

Prioritize (Arrow Damage = Arrow Distance = Arrow Frequency) > (Sword Cooldown = Sword Damage = Sword +1) > (Arrow Speed = Sword Distance = Sword Speed) > Health > Horizontal Speed

When the Health buffs start to reach 100+ prioritize them over everything else.

Near the midpoint you have to start avoiding the minion before the bosses to focus your swords on the boss and towards the end you won't be able to kill some and eventually any of the minions. If you don’t have enough time to drop them just skip them. Don’t tank any damage.

Hey I appreciate the comment even if late. I am still working on this lmao... I'll give this a try!

It can be done with just the first loop.

Take lifetap upgrades then 3* dragon for the first part then bow upgrades and 3* dragon for the second part and nothing but bow after that. Remember you can dodge the trash enemies to avoid taking damage though they shouldn't live that long until you get near the 3rd dragon boss. If you're not unlucky with pickups, you'll get to the "final" boss with 15 arrow count. Take the x2 arrow count upgrade and done.

You'll want to prioritize arrow pickups over sword obviously. I usually go for damage > frequency > distance > speed though if distance lags I start to make that a higher priority. If those aren't options then go for sword upgrades CD > damage > count.

After the second dragon boss, health pickups start to be bigger so my priority changes to put health just below arrow damage and frequency.

Can confirm this tactic works. Thank you!

This is what worked for me. Well... I did it a bit different. I took all dragons instead of lifetap for the first part. And used a different priority for the "on the road" upgrades. But I respected its essence and it worked after trying other approaches, so thank you!

Eh... I go lifetap and bow upgrades simply to make sure there is enough damage (from bow) and enough lifetap healing raising health (from bow damage) to survive the last dragon boss before the "final" boss. That's where almost all of my runs with weird / alternate builds end because damage builds are highly specialized to be able to take that last dragon boss out without impacting.

I tend to hate getting little dragons (from non-dragon boss) just as a preference because I feel dragons are a crutch. Even 3* dragons on dragon bosses annoy me because for real builds going for max score they're wasted picks on an end build.

If it worked for making it to the first "final" boss with 15 arrows by taking dragons for first portion then it's likely that's a more reliable method than my lifetap to first simply because it'd rely a lot less on getting sufficient bow pickups to maintain lifetap health and bow damage to survive through first loop.
