Get her affection to 100, increase the mood to 50 and wait for the next day for the next step. After that the love hotel should be unlocked.

I dont think I can reach 100 affection before getting done the "get inspired in a relaxing place" the love hotel doesnt show it self from the map! do you have any clue?

Shizuku's route means dwitter. Make sure you check the dwitter every morning to find a clue what to do next. This "relaxing place" you're talking about is the public toilet in the park. Go pee in there and her story will progress.
