Patch won't download

Everytime i download the patch from kagura games and computer says ran into an error need to restart how do stop this?

I installed summer memories+, do I need to install another patch if so how? because I couldn't see it in publisher website

If you bought it off Kagura Games then you shouldn't need a patch and if you bought it on steam then you need to download the patch off Kagura Games. When you go on their site, you should be able to search up the game and when you're on the game's page just scroll down and there'll be a tab that says patch where you'll find the download links.
