Frozen - Unresponsive

I tried to play for 7 minutes and during that time it only let me get passed the login screen twice, no matter how many times I restarted. Then, when I finally did make it into the game, none of the controls worked. WASD - nothing. I even pressed esc and "return to title screen" and nothing happened.

i don't know what caused it.
there is a possible solution:
Go to file:
C:\Users\Bing\AppData\LocalLow\BingGame\Dark Hunting Ground\users
("Bing" need change to your windows name)
and delete all fils (GameSave_X.json) in it.(they are save files. maybe they make some errors)
and go to file:
C:\Users\Bing\AppData\LocalLow\BingGame\Dark Hunting Ground
delete the file "GameSetting.json" (a file save your game setting)
and then, try to start game.
