Quebec-Quebec bug

I just started the 3th season of my carrer with a continental team. Now most of the races suddenly changed to the same Quebec-Quebec stage. I have experience the same issue in other PCM titles and never understood how to fix it. I have read it has something to do with updates and therefore tried re-installing the game and database, but it has not helped. Can anyone help?

That is the default race if something is wrong.
Did you mix and match DB's and variants where the names of stages are off? It would be something like that.

To save time, if you can't figure it out. Do a fresh install and pick a well-established DB like World DB and don't monkey around adding other things, or add them in one at a time and test to see if that causes the problem.
