Game crashes while loading a race

My main career mode save (already on the 4th season of my conti to world tour challenge) keeps crashing while loading. I had that problem while trying to run Bruges-De Panne and the game kept crashing during the simulation. Thought it could be a problem with that race in particular and just simulated it. Now it doesn't even load the Vuelta a Catalunya stage, it just crashes the game while loading the race. I don't get any error message and the game works fine in my other saves.

I'm using WorldDB. What can I do? I finally made it to Pro Team and was riding my first World Tour races. I hope I can continue my save :(
