What is the main difference?

Between Tour de France 2024 or Pro Cycling Manager (Tour de France stages especially)? I understand that this game has only one tour, when ProCycling has career, more races etc. But what is it? All stages are made from real maps? Or what? I really just want to understand.

In "Tour de France" you play an teammate with Gamepad Controller .. in "Pro Cycling Manager" you manage a whole team through seasons .. watch some videos on Youtube, then you can see

TDF = cycle/command yourself a rider via controller
PCM = manage team or rider trough race and season/career
But in my opinion TDF is a bit more accessible, PCM needs more knoledga about cycling strategies
