G27 & x360ce - what settings do people use?
I was disappointed in the removal of support for the Logitech G27 wheel, and somewhat mollified with the XBox 360 Controller Emulator software - however I find that understeer & oversteer is a massive problem.

I have tried applying a 25% anti-deadzone but that really screwed things up - the car kept steering permanently to one side.

I have mapped the buttons & triggers as I want, but is there a sweet spot for deadzone/anti-deadzone settings in x360ce for this game?

"Accurate" steering in this game is a bit challenging. The handling varies greatly depending on car type and surface conditions. AFAIK it never had any wheel support, and a lot of people use the XB 360 pad. (or K/B) .And make sure you don't have 2 diff controllers connected to your PC at the same time. That has been known to cause steering pull to left or right.

Sorry, by "removal" I meant Stainless' claim that they would support it during the Kickstarter campaign.

On my racing PC I have only a bluetooth keyboard which I turn off when not in use, so there's no conflict - and games with native G27 support work just great.

I configured a "Joystick" for this game and it works really well for me. I haven't used a joypad or K/B at all in- game. Good luck and Kill the Peds ! :SkullCarma:::::::TheEagle:
