Question surrounding the 'Carmageddon Complete Pack' for those that bought it

I was keen on picking up the Carmageddon complete pack since I heard it came with Carmageddon Reincarnation and according to steamdb it is included in the package

However when I look at Greenmangaming they don't mention that it comes with it

I was just wanting to know from those that purchased this version if it indeed came with it or not? Since it is quite a bit more expensive then buying the games on their own but if it means I would be able to complete my collection and get Reincarnation then I reckon it's worrh it.
