Ritual and blades potion recipes?

The only ones I'm missing (that I care about). Need ritual for the +5 Magic potion. Need blades for +5 Melee.

Someone had said they'd found blades in a tower in the extreme northwest of Calador. Well I've checked all four of the towers in the northwest (not including the very high one that is inaccessible) and it's not there. Nobody has said anything about the ritual potion recipe yet.

There is a chest on the bottom of the tower in the NW corner of the map, you can find the Potion of Blades recipe in it. Go from the other side of the stream, go through the tree over it, kill the golem and go to the furthermost tower.

Nice, there it is. I had completely forgotten about the bottom of that tower because the skill required to open the chest there was so far above my level at the time. Thanks.

Anyone have an idea about the ritual potion recipe?

1. Kila village, over the bridge, Bahati sells Ritual Potion and Soul Potion (magic+5) recipes.

2. The hint is correct. Potion of Blades recipe is in the chest at the location described (the most northern tower on Calador, what 4 towers are you talking about?), but it's not in the tower near the spot you lead Edward in his personal quest! You need to take the lower path to the tower that's below it! To be more precise, it's north from hunter's lodge teleport. The chest has difficulty 90.

Additional info, I've put a note that you get potion of blades recipe also if you KO then loot Magnus on Taranis. Dunno if it's correct as I'm currently replaying the game and can't test it again myself. So you try.

I got the recipie, but ran out of ingredients for potions of blades, since it's needed for two permenent potions. I still had to buy some.

You can get a recipe for ritual potion from Mad|Mud near the great wall on Kila island (a reference to gothic I). Just shoot him in the face, you don't even need to take him with you.

Actually I was surprised how many good things (like trinkets and recipes) you can get by shooting people in the face. You should definitely try this, i.e. in the pirate camp on Kila
