Edward is gone.

Was doing the second shadow lord mission in Calador and the game crashed to desktop. I restarted the game and clicked continue, it loaded an older auto save before the start of the quest and now Edward was gone. I tried continuing the storyline, tried searching for him before completing the quest and after, tried going to another island, tried teleporting but nothing helped. If anyone can help me please respond.

Edward joins the Demon hunters officially right on the quest where you cross the lava stream. He shows up with the other hunters. You might not recognize him due to the change in appearance.

He should rejoin your crew after you beat the Shadow lord. He'll walk up to you and ask to rejoin, so don't fast travel until he does.

Yup, Edward gets leukemia when you start chapter 3.

If you didn't talk to him after you kill the shadow lord, return to the spot where you found the ancient scroll (main story questitem). He'll be there and will join your crew once again.

I defeated the shadow lord, closed the gate and talked with Eldric and all of them went back to Citadel, Edward was nowhere to be found before or after, not even in their camp before starting the quest. He also has disappeared from my logbook.

Found him there. Bloody ♥♥♥♥ was enjoying the view.

Thanks. I could get him back. He was at the entrance of the eastern Skull cave on Calador.
Someday I noticed he was not my boat anymore but I didn't know when he disappeared. I didn't notice him on the expedition across the lava so I didn't even know he joined the Demon Hunters.
