Help! Can't Find Shadow Lord of Discord Quest
Hello everyone, I really hope to get some help as I am totally lost. I just finished Margoloth (the giant spider boss) and now I am to kill the Shadow Lord of Discord (the name and goal of the quest). It says the shadow lord is wreaking havoc in her cave, yet I have searched the cave, mapped out every path, tracked and back tracked every tunnel and I just can't find it. I actually don't even get close to the marker on the map. It's the giant spider cavern right next to her, right? I have follow that central web all around through every passage that I can find and nothing. They all lead back to the central web. What am I missing?

Here is the marker for the quest, is it off?

as far as I remeber, shadowlord is not far from Oracle.
don't for too far from her.
near shadow lord, minions are waiting for you so it won't be hard to find it.

Thanks so much, but I am such a newb I don't really know where the oracle is lol. I can't remember which character/where she was and I can't find any quest on the map to pinpoint here. Any ideas?

And so what is my quest marker off? Because I can't figure out how to get to it, especially not within the spider caverns. The quest does say specifically that the shadow lord is in her cave... Speaking of the giant spider Margoloth.

how about go back to ship or teleport to near teleport stone?
and go back to oracle by jump into hole in the temple?

Yeah, the oracle is the giant spider. Her cave is confusing, but the shadowlord really is quite near her location.

Well that is just it, I have gone in and out of those caves over and over and over again and I am not finding it. Is the path to the boss a secret or well hidden? Do I need to use the parrot to get to it? I have literally drawn a map and follow every path in those caverns, I can't find it.

I just found it lol, so stupid! There are two paths at the spider queen, I just kept going into the one with the giant spider web that has exits outside. Going up and down that thing. I didnt realize the other side by her was another cavern lool... God so many hours wasted.

Oh no, I can just imagine! I managed to find the Shadow Lord easily enough, but I could not find an exit for that cave system. Does that cave actually have an exit or do I have to teleport out?

It has an exit. I don't think that it really matters if you find the exit or teleport out. Just be certain to activate the teleporter near the Oracle, since you will need to come back later in the main quest.

Yes I luckily have done that already, but good grief if I could only find an exit, found the 2 dead end ones that show up as caves on the map and then the rest are all in a tunnel maze structure :P

Both of those caves are exits. You'll want to explore the whole area anyway in order to get one of the legendary items. Both cave exits are blocked until you have finished in the oracle area. If they're still covered by webbing then you might have a problem. Otherwise it's as Rackhir says.

I see now, the one cave exits out to a little camp fire, but to the right there is a slope leading down to the beach. Did not see it the first time, easy to miss :P
