Do Demon Hunters get Spell Dancer?
Guardians get Spell Dancer which is like Blade Dancer but for spells. I joined the DH faction but I can't find it anywhere. There's the Demon Blade spell which is great but it has a cool down. I'd like to have spell dancer if possible.

They are exclusive to Guardians.

Remember that Spell Dancer only affects equippable magix, of which, as a DH, you have a whopping ONE (guardians get three).

Demon Blade affects Thunderbolt, for instance. It's great.

Yes that is true, but still this is really bad then because that means if you want to play as magic it really is better to play as Gaurdian. There is some confusion out there that the DH is an overpowered mage because they have the same capabilities plus more. However, no one ever brought up the fact that DH doesn't get spell dancer which is critical for playing magic. Sure you get the demon blade spell but that has a cool down. So, yea... Bummer...

Demon hunters can get bladedancer from Magnus , the same as guardians getting spelldancer from him, it's not possible for DH's to have spelldancer

Mind that Demon Blade spell increase the attack speed of your Thunderbolt.

Yes very true, and I would say it probably increases attack speed more than spell dancer, but the problem is it has a 40s cooldown which is pretty annoying... Argh... I can't decide which faction!

It has a 20 second cooldown which can be reduced with the Cooldown reduction skill.
And I know your feeling. Basically if you don't want those legendary weapons to go to waste and want to use them at least here and there, DH is better. If you only care about the magic, might as well go Guardian.

That;s why you use/make scrolls. No Cooldown, No cooldown trigger. Scroll crafting is basicaly made for Demon Hunters to offset the overpower of thunderbolt+Demon blade

Hey,

I'm a guardian, but i don't know where i can learn spell dancer. Could any1 tell me?
Robotica Aug 20, 2014 @ 5:40am
Go to the area where you became a guardian and in the guild should be someone to teach it to you. I forget his name and he may not be inside but close to the building outside. If I remember right it's the guy who lives in the bottom left room of the guild.

You learn it from Mauricio. The guy who also teaches you the Flame and Ice fists. During the day he's in the courtyard, training the cadets near the blacksmith.
