How do you get magic gauntlet

Been trying all day I joined the mages and i can't figure how to get one does anybody know?

To join the mages you need to do the mine quest, after going to all 4 mines and doing what u need to do there turn in the quest and pledge your allegiance. Before you can do that you must go to Antigua and talk to alvarez first though

Then you got your gauntlet. What you're probably missing are the spells. Talk to some of the mages and they will offer to teach you spells at the cost of magic crystals.

You'll want to buy one of the melee spells first, go talk to Maurcico I believe his name is. He will give you a trial and sell you the fire fist spell.
