Are voice actors different than in previous games?

I haven't played Risen 3:TL but I am on the verge of buying.

The protagonist voice was superb, and Patty's voice was very "in" with her character, after her apparition as generic_female_2 in Risen 1.

But now, I've seen like, 40 seconds of gameplay in a Twitch video and... well, it's like new characters all together and I have very mixed feelings.

I know for a fact Eldric and Alvarez have the same actors, but yeah it's mostly different. I really miss the protag from R1/R2.

To me, the main character, although not the Nameless One, reminds me a lot of him in voice and his sarcastic cockiness. I'm liking him more all of the time.

From what I've heard of the Protagonist voice, it sounds like Luke Roberts[www.imdb.com] (R2 voice actor) caught a cold and has a hoarse voice. I don't know if it'll be funny and pleasant to hear like in the prequel.

Also, from those of you that own the game. How good is the game in terms of bugs and improvements-to-be-had? Worth waiting a month or two?

19 hours in and I haven't encountered a single bug, just look at all the reviews on the front page and in this forum - the majority are LOVING this game, it's fantastic.

Patty was voiced by Lena Headey in Risen 1.
