Bug Taranis Ship - can't finish game

I've completed all quests except for the Pirate Alliance quest. I still need Neron's approval on Taranis. Unfortunately the ship has become invisible. I was however able to reach Neron by parrot flight and stand on his head in order to be able to interact with him.

The only thing he says: I have my orders and my I'm sticking to it.

I already talked numerous times to Alvarez. The only thing left is the mages ship.

Never had as many bugs as in this game. Freaking sucks

The invisible ship bug was not the problem. It looked like I was supposed to speak to Jake on Kila (found this on worldofrisen forum). This game is simply unfinished. Why can't I take a rowing boat to reach the natives' ship but I can reach my ship. If I wanted to play Monkey Island I could play that and not Risen
