Please someone can help me? in the Mission about the body of Fuego When i talk to Sebastiano and i tell him that i find the sword, i had talk with nightmare soldier e took and read tha paper of Fuego the mission doesn't complete and i can't charge to Sebastiano? why?

Nella missione il cadavere di Fuego dopo aver fatto tutto cioè parlato con le guardie notturne e aver rubato l'ordinanza quando dico a Sebastiano tutto questo e dovrei poter accusarlo non lo fa accusare e non posso parlarci più? come mai?

Did you find the broken-off tip of the sword in Fuego's body? You need both that and the rest of the sword to complete the quest.
