Straight to the point (though I have a bad habit of telling stories of my adventures in the game before I get to the reason of why I post). I have collected/stoled/extort pounds of junk in my trunks and is wondering if the price of my items is persistent to all merchants (outside special npcs that buys specific items at larger price than the norm, which one of yall will inevitably re-tell me about them anyways).

I've never seen anything like that. AFAIK, the price of any given item remains static among all the merchants in the game, and the only thing that can change that is certain skills you can learn.

as far as i know they are ( like mentioned above ) all preset

risen 1 had it
risen 2 has it
this one is a mashup of both mechanic wise so it won't be altered

they also ( still have to find something that denies it ) give items a 20% sell value of their buy value for the most part

risen 3 seems to be a bit more leniant in it's buyback ( giving you some opportunity to buy back at your saleprice for a lot of things ) but overall it uses this reasoning

a ring of 1000 gold for "buy"-orice has a "sale"-value of 200 at best
so basically ( as with the previous 2 ) don't misbuy.... you are only going to lose 80% of your gold in the progress :p
