Also FF don’t have as many players as SF6. My experience is better though as in SF6 I get looooong queues followed by same 2-4 people over and over again. Prefer this over that, personally.
If the game was only played under casual mode, all the old kofs or the last 3 GG games would break sales records, the number of active players would be very good, but it is not like that. Rock-solid Rank mode is super important.
I repeated this exactly when KOF15 came out and a handful of diehard hooligan KOF players were saying “no need rank mode”, then the same handful played the game for years with only themselves lol. the same thing could happen to FF.
Also kofxv died because of broken matchmaking at launch, it’s funny when people use it as an excuse with whatever made up reason to confirm their narrative
It’s phase 0, game not even one week old, ranked is ridiculous ask. As I said SF6 had like 50k players on launch or so Steam alone..
