Game being flagged as a virus
Is anyone else havin the issue of the game being flagged as a virus from steam and their pc's virus protection app?

Nope, no steam or windows virus alert, seems like something on your side, are you using a 3rd party anti-virus? it's most likely a false positive.

i added it as an exception but i assume its just a false positive

Yeah because it asks a admission to the internet through your internet access. Thats why you keep getting the 000x003c error

Anyone have a fix for this issue? Windows wont let me launch the exe even as an admin

It's a false positive. Just allow it for Fatal Fury through Windows Defender and relaunch. After I confirmed it wasn't anything serious (for this game), I haven't had any issues once I did that.
