Huh, so it is. I could've swore it wasn't coming out until the 24th. Ah well, nevermind!

If you buy it now it's technically still a pre-order since the official release date is 24th

The store page said 24th earlier today. My steam app just sent me a notification that a game i wish listed has been released. Looks like that's how they are doing this "early access".

They did change it.
