Background animation forced to 20fps
It is super annoying, specially on the train stage. As long as there is no toggle option in graphics settings for a full 60fps experience, I cannot bring myself to play this game.

Given how laggy the train stage is, if they ran at 60, the game would probably be a slide show.

Yes I understand that which is why I mentioned toggle option. People with potato PC can keep it off.

Correctly animating it at 60 would barely make a dent on cpu usage and should have no change for gpu usage.
