He's spot on especially at the end. It was a matter of time before the Saudi decided to get hands-on on the takeover and self-insert their involvement rather than just finance SNK. This was so obvious; it just sucks they had to start with this game. The problem is all the defenders white knighting the buyout couldn't imagine this was the only obvious outcome. Where are all these cheerleaders who thought this was a good idea now? Maybe just maybe next time don't egg on bad ideas, no matter how silly or ridiculous it may sound to you.
