Please Register a Wolf Tag

Why can't I get past this?

It got me puzzled for a few minutes as well ; you have to press "enter" first on the text box to actively select it before you can type a wolf tag. Otherwise inputs are treated as menu navigation (up/down to cycle between the text box and the "confirm" button)

VS fighting games usually have terrible UI ergonomics, and this is no different

Yeah I had to specifically press S after pressing enter. These are the worst menus I've ever seen before. What were they thinking..

Confirm is grayed out regardless of what i enter? Any ideas?
