Her face honestly looks a bit odd imo, it's almost like it isn't stylized enough but some weird middle ground between realism and the cartoony artstyle.
But the models typically go through changes before release, the previous KoF games are a good example they looked totally different at launch compared to when they got announced.

Yeah, its in that uncanny valley territory in contrast to the rest of the cast.

The adjustments needed to be rid of that are probably very minor.
