I believe someone mentions him in the Deadpool unlock topic on here saying you can use nightcrawler to obtain one red brick. I'm not sure if he is in the game either but I hope so, he's my favorite character.

don't be surprised if alot of your favorite characters are not here, especially the older ones like Rom the spaceknight. back in the day marvel had alot of characters that were in the comics based on toy licensing deals. Rom was one of them. At one point, Marvel even had Godzilla under license and he went a few rounds with the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier in one issue! if the game is successful i am sure that alot of characters will make an appearance in the hopeful sequel. To be honest i am surprised we haven't seen Lego Star Trek yet...

Or LEGO Matrix, or LEGO Dune (would be awesome) they do love big franchises. I hope Nightcrawler will appear someday, he's a very popular character.

They are probably waiting for the reboot of Star Trek to gain a bit more traction with another movie.
LEGO Stargate though, that has a HUGE amount of lore and characters... but sadly limited 'special' abilities I guess (though I can think of a load straight away - 'zats, staff weapons, P90, AK, Daniel Jackson's 'scan areological stuff', G'uold mind control, seeing ivisible enemies, tok'ra crystal growth powers, Asgard tech usage, Ori crazy powers etc...loads more). Okay, my spelling isn't perfect here, but I never need to spell those words, so meh.
While we're at it... LEGO Battlestar Galactica?

Well they sure have lots of universes to deal with. So i do hope we'll see something exciting in the future. I think Hobbit trilogy and new J.J.Bbrams Star Wars are certain to get their lego interpretation.

UGH. I refuse to get this game, because they left out Nightcrawler! At least with the SW LEGO games, all of the notable and non-notable character were included! If there's a sequal, Nightcrawler better be playable!

I can understand there are tons of Marvel character and this isn't just about X-Men, but I'd personally rather see Nightcrawler, than Stan Lee or half of the people in the Asgard pack.
LEGO screwed up big time. It's like if they made an Avengers game and left out (Gi)Antman.
