Yes all of them, also have to buy the red bricks after collecting them.

Where do you find the red bricks? I got a few unlocked but it tells me I have to buy them first (yet I can't manage to find them on the map).

To buy them, go to the Helicarrier and take the elevator down. On the left side of the room is a door, go in there. Now the first door on your left will be Deadpool's room and you can buy the unlocked bricks there on the computer screen.

You find them as collectibles in side quests.
