Stan lee not unlocking

Okay, so today, I just got the StanTastic unlock, but I can't select stan lee as a PC at all. I know he's beside Star Lord, but the thingie says NOT UNLOCKED.

If he has StanTastic achievement unlocked he should have rescued him from all perils (unless he started a new game or used SAM)

Does Stan Lee still show up as a question mark in the character grid or is he just blacked out? You need to buy him after unlocking, which is only possible in the main hub.
If there is only a question mark than you have a bug.

Try collecting a gold block. I have seen people state missing characters came back for them after collecting a gold block.

So, how do you unlock Rocket Raccoon? I completed House Party Protocol, with achievement, and got nothing else?

I have collected gold bricks afterwards. I even unlocked Deadpool and he's there successfully (the other character which has trouble unlocking). I've helpdesked WB, no answer. It appears that Traveller's tales and Steam just do not give a damn about their customers.
