how do you get carnage?

i've tried everything i can think of but nothing will work can some1 pls help me get carnage!

You need to freeze the vents that have water coming out of them, then use Mr Fantastic or Super Skrull to squeeze through the last vent.

Careful with that. It may corrupt your collection rate and make it impossible to collect the 100% achievement.
