249/250 Gold Bricks.. where is the last one?

I've done every race, gotten every gold brick location thingy, 100% each story mission, 100% each side mission, where the hell is this last Gold Brick? I've toured the city numerous times and I cannot find it! I've done every Stan Lee in peril, I've unlocked and bought every character and vehicle, I have all minikits, I have all true believers, and I have all red bricks. I have all achievements too but the last one, which I need this last brick for, where the hell is it?

Have you finished the race that starts up in the sky in the middle of the river? You'll find it just off the industrial area. Make sure to clear all the black area before trying to find it.

I'm having the same issue, only I'm missing one vehicle that I can't find: Fourth from the left in the top row between the shield apc and ghostrider's cycle. Also, my taxi missions aren't showing up and when I try to complete the one on the east side of the triangle shaped building (just south of the roundabout and east of central park), The quest doesn't fully complete. Some weird things happening lol

Also, I looked for the aforementioned sky race and cannot find it. I think I cleared it already.
