2 Xbox controllers on PC?
My son plays this with an old Xbox 360 wired controller plugged into my PC. If I got another Xbox controller just like it, could we play side by side? Will the PC recognize 2 controllers plugged into it?

The PC will recognize it, but you need to make sure your USB plugs can deliver the amount of required juice. Many times this is not the case for front USB plugs.

Infact, your best option may be a separately powered USB hub.

Is it that straight forward ? I've looked upon the net for that scenarii and one answer that would pop up the most is " no, the system sees 2 devices but the driver only sees one ". Maybe the MS drivers are written better.

Well, I tried with two Xbox controllers and it worked fine in Windows 8.1. In the past there were spme issues with a wireless type (not being properly recognised by the OS) but a wired one should be OK.
