Taxi mission bug (unlocking Cyclops)
I know you unlock Cyclops (Astonishing) by performing a taxi side mission, I know where to do it (Cyclops's character icon shows on the map), and I've completed the other taxi mission(s).

The only problem is, the NPC I'm meant to drive around never shows. Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks for any help/commiseration.

(BTW, this is the only bug/glitch I've encountered with this game other than the program crashing whenever I try to land a flying character by performing a high-speed dive-bomb landing. No big deal, I just land a little softer on my feet. :P )

UPDATE: The guy wanting a ride finally showed up after I finished all of the main missions. It was still a pain in the butt.

At first, I talked to him then found a car, but he wouldn't get in. I had to run far enough away that the event reset, then ARRIVE at the start point in a taxi (not sure if it has to be a taxi, but they're everywhere). He finally got in and I got Cyclops after I dropped off the fare at Marvel HQ.
