Black Border in full screen
Hi, I'm getting a problem with playing the game in full screen due to a black border appearing on the screen. I looked online for many solutions but had no luck. Was hoping some one here could help. Did find it could be due to my graphics card - AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series ( R9 280x )

Had the same problem. Try reseting the video settings to the default setttings while in-game. Do this while in Manhattan (not at the intro page before you load the game.) The changes might mess the image up a little bit at first but if you reload the game it should be fine.
