Best foot race character

I'm trying to get guardians of the galaxy acheievement and all I have left is nova. I have seen someone use beast, but I'd like to see what helped you guys.

I don't remember very well but I think I used one that can fly, like Iron Man. Because some parts were a bit tricky, like you can fall and things like this... so I could fly if I had a moment like this.
First I've tried with Cyclops but he can't jump in those "prince of persia walls", lol.

Well, if you need to run fast, try venom in big fig mode, he runs SANIC FAST!
and, you can transform out of his big fig and start web slinging when you need to get over something.
