how long does this game take to beat on avg
We just bought this game and it seems like it is over already. (Only after less than an hour of play time.) My kids said they only got to play 2 levels and now it is about over. Did my children miss something while playing? IS this a shorter game? Is it a Demo? I am confused. Even though we only paid a little bit of money we want to make sure we didn't purchase a demo because it does not state that on the store page.
My kids said it only has story mode and free paly mode, unless they were mistaken as kids often are. We own many Lego Games and none of them seem this short. Can someone please help me shed light on this?

Thank you

There is a ton to do in this game. The story mode has 15 levels and the free play is expanse. I've played over 27 hours and have only completed about 30% of the whole game. Mind, I do play a little slow. It looks like you have the entire game, so I think they just don't realize it is not the end. In this one, the characters need to walk between levels (I believe, I haven't played in a while). You might need to help them find it. And they also still have the free roam with things to accomplish.

There is no demo and a demo is (should be) free.

There is something like 15 levels so around 15-20 hours of story mode (& same for free mode)

You could always check out the size of that game on your hard drive, > 6gb.

I think I know what your issue is. After first few linear levels the game opens up a free roam map of NYC. You need to follow the holographic Agent Colson to continue the main story.

Probably you can do it in about 20 hrs for everything if you do it slower. Maybe 15 if faster.

I played with my kids and we are about 100 hrs in the game. (100% complete)

Like the other people say, the history of this game has so many levels, and when you finish it you can play the extra missions , get new characters , and more

So ... ? I'm wondering if the children managed to continue by themselves or superdad needed to swoop in and save the day ?

Oh they are doing great. I had to help them with one thing, thats it!! Funny how quick these kids now-a-days catch on and learn:)
