Gamebreaking bug in first abomination fight (1st mission)

So immediately after the LONG UNSKIPPABLE intro cutscene (Silver Surfer, Doctor Doom, Iron man and Hulk, ect) you have to make your way up that ramp and fight abomination. Every time I do It gets to the part where he is about to throw a second car (presumably to break the semi trailer in front of you to allow you to fight him) he starts glitching around and never completes the sequence so basically killing the game since I cant advance. Really frustrating. Tried reinstalling but my saves were still there so that didnt give me much hope and the problem persists. What do I do now?

I'm not sure if I understand your problem. The second semi-trailer must be destroyed by your characters (Hulk and Iron-Man) before Hulk can engage Abomination. Abomination is throwing cars at your character not the semi-trailer.
