Does anyone know how to unlock Silver Surfer?

I recently finished the mission *SPOILERS* that involved Magneto, defeating him with Spidey, Iron Man and Thor. I collected about 80 golden bricks, and 2 red bricks. What missions do I have to do to unlock Silver Surfer? Or should I finish the storyline and get it over with?

you have to start the quest line by racing SS at the helicarrier (toughest one), i am not sure about the other 2 missions. There is a detailed steam guide which shows you how to unlock SS, I'll link it when i'm on my pc

First you will need to win the race against him on the helicarrier. Then he appears in front of the baxter building but before that you need to help a pizza shop owner in little italy. After you finish his 2nd mission .You will find his icon on the map .Finish that mission and you will get him. He is worth 1,000,000 studs

yes, in order to unlock the silver surfer, you must first complete all story mode missions, then go to him up on the helicarrier, find him there...accept his race, and beat him at the race...everyone says to use iron-man to beat him in that race...but personally, i was able to beat the silver surfer in his race...by using Galactus, Galactus really did work some miracles for me while trying to beat the silver surfer in his race through those many green hoops that circle completely around the helicarrier.....and yes, it is of the hardest challenge to complete/beat the silver surfer in....trust me, it took me several tries...before i was finally able to manage beating him by using Galactus.

As for the other two challenges you have to do/complete...in order to unlock the silver surfer, they are of the easiest missions to complete. So, once you have beaten the silver surfer in his first challenge, in that very hard race around the helicarrier....you will have him in no time at all.
