Finished everything? Somehow still not at 100%
Somehow I've collected everything I can in the game, but there must be something I have to do because I'm only at 97%. Does anyone have an idea as to what else there is to be done in the game?

It sorta happened to me, I was stuck at 98.9 percent, around there. I fixed it by buying the Mandarin boat, make sure you purchased all vehicles (sea, air, land).
