Sand Central Station minikit glitch

I've played this stage SEVERAL SEVERAL times doing ever step, smaxhing everthing to get all minikits. Even watched a youtube walkthrough to make sure I wasnt missing something. but for some reason its only counting 9. now im thinking at one time I did get them all but if i remember right the first time I tried it on freeplay mode i remember one of them was blackend out when i got it but it didnt count it and now every time I try to get them only blue peg, coins are revealed. Please don't tell me 57% of my progress to 100% is trashed because of this stupid glitch. i even waisted 200,000 coins to get that damn minikit helper, that didnt help worth a damn!

Restart the level? You can't. Onne you've done it once it's done I've tried freeplay several times already. Are you saying I should try redoing the story mode? I don't think that will do anything, but I'll give it a shot. ugh ive played this level so many times now im sick of playing this level
