Menu controls on PC version

I recently purchased the PC version, and although my keyboard is a little weird on its own (my down arrow key does not work), I can't navigate in any of the menus. I can only move up one slot on the first menu (from Load to New Game), and I can't move at all in the in-game pause menu, which means that I can't change any settings, activate Deadpool bricks (I assume), or quit to New York.

So my question: what are the controls for using the menu on the PC version? Is it the arrow keys, letter keys, or the mouse?

Unfortunately, the menu navigation controls aren't listed in the menu.

I used a program that maps keys to different keys, so I mapped my down arrow to another key. On the rest of my computer, this fix works and it's the exact same as the down arrow.


Unfortunately, when I launch the game, the fix no longer works; I tried using my new down arrow key, and nothing happened. I couldn't navigate down any menus. I tried using the up arrow to go up one, and that is the only thing I could do. (I can also scroll through the entire menu at level checkpoints, but the up arrow on that menu ONLY scrolls through the top of the list, and returns at the bottom.

I then tried the keys around WASD, as well as every single other key on the keyboard (except Enter), and nothing moved the menu.

Anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
